Postpartum C Section Belly Band Recommendations
Main Post:
I’m scheduled for my c section on 1/22/21, and I just heard from someone who recently gave birth at the same hospital that they do not give any belly bands or anything like that post c sections. Looking for recommendations so I can buy one before my c section. For reference I’m 4ft 10in, so I’m not sure on sizing.

Belly bands, compression bands, and tummy shapers are not recommended post partum because they can negatively impact your already compromised pelvic floor and core. For c-section, it's very important to wear your mesh undies and/or keep your incision out in the air to heal well and prevent infection. I wouldn't be layering anything on top of it. It can help to carry a small throw pillow to apply pressure if you have to cough, sneeze, or laugh.
Vitamin C Sport Band vs Kumquat Solo Loop

Showing the colour difference between the 2 colours. It’s hard to tell unless they’re side by side. Vitamin C is a punchier orange while the kumquat is more of a pastel orange
Both look awesome

Yeah... no.
This was already hashed out in the courts between the FAA and the FCC.
The laws of physics and the band gap in place mean that this won’t be an issue.
Verizon C Band Update
Main Post:
From an internal source: Verizon will be turning on a number of limited sites this evening at midnight local time, in various markets, to test the commercial signals. On Tuesday Night - 11:59pm - Verizon will send an update to turn on all C Band sites at the launch markets. They are moving forward, disregarding FAA concerns. *** BREAKING NEWS/ Carriers agree to two week delay in C Band Expansion.

More info, new unlimited plans may be announced on January 4th prior to full c band commercial launch that will take advantage of lower latency and higher speeds... with emphasis on mobile hotspot allotments.
C Band
Main Post:
This will only be accessible to those who have 5G UW access correct?
Top Comment:
The going thought Is if your plan has UWB access to it you can access Cband when it launches (which is every recent Verizon plan) the only exception is whether you pay the 10 bucks are not which again is only one of Verizon's plans the rest all include this free
Will Verizon’s C-Band be the thing that eventually overtakes Ultra Capacity on T-Mobile and leaves AT&T in the dust when it launches, will it take another year, or mainly only solve congestion on dense areas, but not NYC dense?
Main Post:
I appreciate your understanding on the topic as well as your opinion.

Why can't they all succeed and have good midband?
Anyone else excited for the upcoming band C release?
Main Post:
I'm hoping it improves the congestion we have here in Florida. If we see a bump in speeds that would be even better but I think the congestion issue alone would improve everything.

I'm required to preface this by saying that all opinions are my own and are not representative of Verizon Communications or their subsidiaries.
C-Band is legit and I'm unbelievably excited for it. I haven't been this excited since we were testing carrier aggregation and with our internal tools could see both frequency bands lighting up with usage.
Pittsburgh C Band
Main Post:
Has anyone in the Pittsburgh area gotten C Band? I live in the city and have nothing.

So, I was just out for a while, and to summarize, it was disappointing.
For anyone interested: I went from Whitehall through Brentwood and Carrick, down Glass Run Rd. towards Homestead and the Waterfront. Then on the way back, went up Mifflin and Lebanon Rds. to Lebanon Church Rd. and cut across to 51 to the Starbucks then 51 back to my house in Whitehall.
I almost thought I wasn’t gonna see C-band at all, but I noticed at the Starbucks I had 5G UW. ran a speed test and got less than 50 down... I must’ve been on the edge of the coverage there. Turned Airplane Mode on and off and didn’t reconnect to UW until I started going up the hill on 51.
In total, I was connected to C-band for about a mile or so around the cloverleaf on 51 with Lebanon Church Rd. with a top speed of 400 down. Faster than any LTE/5G NW speed I’ve ever gotten, but it’s live almost nowhere around me.
If C-Band available this January these are the places you may find. Check the list

And a giant finger to Honolulu lol
With NYC being in PEA 1, how is the C-Band rollout/timeline looking?
Main Post:
I’m curious how the C-Band rollout timeline for AT&T is looking after their spar with the FCC/FAA about so called “issues” with C-Band. I’m looking forward to testing in NYC in the next few weeks and was wondering if they’ll have C-Band live partially or at all.
Top Comment:
Word is, the FAA will sue as soon as C-band goes live on Jan 5. They'll get a court injunction to pause C-band until they can reach a final verdict. It will suck. Don't expect C-band in the first 6 months of 2022.
